In collaboration with Mail Entry and Payment Technologies  Business Mailer Support, we are pleased to offer one of the popular Workshops from the National Postal Forum as a webinar titled: Accessing and Understanding Mail Quality Report. This webinar will provide an in-depth and detailed presentation regarding the newest Intelligent Mail report, called Mailer Scorecard. Customers will not want to miss this valuable presentation!!!!

Effective July 2014, the Postal Service will begin the invoicing process in the Full Service Program. The Mailer Scorecard is the fundamental report that provides comprehensive data of their mailing performance, complete with drill down reports to the piece level for root cause analysis. It is imperative that customers learn how to generate the report, understand its construct, and interpret the data for application in their business enterprises. During the webinar, you will learn how to access this report, as well as others currently available. The presentation also discusses the Full Service Mailer Scorecard and takes a deep dive into how to identify and investigate issues that arise within Full Service mailings. You will also learn some tips and tricks weve learned along the way that you might find beneficial.
