Quality Process Professional Certificate Program

The Professional Certificate Program was developed by the United States Postal Service in conjunction with industry leaders and nationally recognized postal consultants. This program is designed to provide opportunities for PCC customers to receive training through the PCC and achieve the recognition that comes with continuing education. The certificate program raises the standards of the mailing industry professional who attends by promoting ongoing training and allows the participant to be recognized for their commitment to keeping current on mail related topics.

We will be offering the Quality Processes Professional Certificate (QPP) track. The benefits that quality processes and procedures can bring to your mailing operations are directly tied to your bottom line it's money in your pocket! Take advantage of this opportunity to uncover savings. Begin learning how you can fine-tune your mailing operation all the way to optimum efficiency.

The Chicago PCC will be offering three of the five workshops that are required for this certificate at 8:30 AM on April 18th. Workshop presentations include: DMM 300, Mailpiece Quality and First vs. Standard. The balance of the workshops necessary for completion of the certificate program will be offered at the GIPCC Mailers' Forum 2006 on September 21, 2006.

To be part of this "no test" educational program, please return the enclosed registration form with a check by Friday,April 14th. Registration is $35.00. Registration and breakfast begins at 7:30 AM. The meeting starts at 8:30 AM and lasts all morning. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your mailing skills and network with industry and postal experts. We look forward to seeing you there.
